Anyone who watches this National Geographic documentary on child development (from conception to birth) and insists on calling the unborn a mere "clump of cells" is a dissembler, an ideological liar. This documentary, and the others that will come after it, will have the effect on abortion that Wilberforce's guided tours of the underbellies of slave ships had on the slave trade.

And by the way: it's the 250th anniversary of William Wilberforce's birth. And like Wilberforce's effort, the pro-life effort's success is just a matter of time. Truth always wins out in the end.
