A pro-life "rep" is a person who represents Quebec Life Coalition and its mission wherever they may find themselves. For example, a person who goes to church may want to form a pro-life club at their church. QLC provides materials and advice while the volunteer approaches their church pastor and members and eventually forms the group.

Similarly, a person can be a QLC pro-life rep within their voting constituency. They can help QLC monitor which candidate says what about life-issues, so that QLC can then report this information to the greater QLC membership.
